Half-day Watercolour Workshop

In this half-day workshop I will teach you the basics of using watercolours. The session is not about producing a finished painting, and no drawing skills are required! It is equally suitable for beginners and for those who wish to refresh their skills.  Topics and activities I will cover in the workshop may vary according to the experience of participants, but they will usually include:

• Choice of materials – which paints, papers and brushes to choose.
• Colour – how to select and mix colours.
• Basic techniques – washes, wet-in-wet, dry brush – what are they and how do they work?
